Annual Conference


 2025 Annual Conference Information                                                                                                       

The MCFOA Board recently approved moving the location of both the 2025 Annual Conference and the Municipal Clerks Institute to the Heritage Center located in Brooklyn Center. The main hotel is the

Embassy Suites by Hilton Minneapolis North, 6300 Earle Brown Drive, Brooklyn Center, and it is connected to the conference center via an enclosed hallway.

The hotel is already set up for bookings for the conference, and the reservation block is titled "MCFOA Annual Conference."

 The rates are valid for arrival on March 17, 2025 and departure is March 21, 2025.   Check-in is 3PM and Check-out is 12PM .

  The flat rate is $129.00 per night, plus 14.525% tax.

  The cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival.

  The final day to make a reservation for the hotel block is February 7, 2025 at midnight.  Unreserved rooms will be automatically released after this date.
